About the Position:

This permanent position offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities for growth within Hays Business Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Sales Ledger by preparing and sending customer invoices and credit notes.
  • Process Purchase Ledger transactions promptly, including supplier invoices, payments, and monthly statement reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records through regular Bank Reconciliation.
  • Support the preparation of accounts and management accounts.
  • Undertake crucial tasks like balance sheet reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Prior experience in payroll or accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Convenient access to parking facilities.
  • An improved pension plan.

Compensation Package:

The selected candidate can expect a salary between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as other benefits and incentives.
