A dynamic Bookkeeper role has become available at a leading organisation in South Bristol
About the Position:
This permanent position offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities for growth within Hays Business Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the Sales Ledger by preparing and sending customer invoices and credit notes.
- Process Purchase Ledger transactions promptly, including supplier invoices, payments, and monthly statement reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records through regular Bank Reconciliation.
- Support the preparation of accounts and management accounts.
- Undertake crucial tasks like balance sheet reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.
Requirements and Benefits:
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Prior experience in payroll or accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Convenient access to parking facilities.
- An improved pension plan.
Compensation Package:
The selected candidate can expect a salary between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as other benefits and incentives.
