Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records for multiple clients using accounting software.
Key responsibilities include processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of accounts, handle payroll processing, and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
A strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and regulations is essential for this role. Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, is also required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in bookkeeping and a keen eye for detail. They should also be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a collaborative working environment where teamwork and professional growth are highly valued.
