About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Titan Wealth Holdings Limited. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable/receivable process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they're coded correctly in the system.
  • Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Recording and reconciling all bank movements.
  • Processing and payment of staff expenses/credit card expenses.
  • Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures.
  • Year-end planning, preparation of audit requests & creditor/debtor balance sheet review.
  • Assisting the financial reporting team with month-end duties/adhoc projects.

The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave + public holidays, private medical insurance, and further education and training support.
