Senior Account Growth Specialist

Dorchester Collection is seeking a talented Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience working in the luxury market. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Strong background in sales, with experience working in the luxury market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and motivated individual
