We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our Document360 team at Kovai in London Bridge. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth from the UK market and contributing to the company's overall success.

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and contribute to the growth of our Document360 team in London Bridge.

We work with global brands like McDonalds, VMware, Virgin, NHS, Whatfix, Payoneer, etc.

About the Role

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve sales targets by closing outbound accounts from Mid-Market to Enterprise Customers.

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align products or services with client needs.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services to clients.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure agreements.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on account activities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven ability in managing complex 3-9 month SaaS sales cycles with a track record of acquiring new accounts and successful revenue attainment.
  • Ability to be in the London Bridge Office 2-3 days a week.
  • Experience in solution-based and consultative sales.
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement and contract teams, senior management and/or C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to influence & drive cross-departmental strategy and collaboration (Support, Product, Senior Leadership) during deal cycles in creatively solving our client's business problems.
