Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Team Assistant to join our Primary Care Network in Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our GPs and healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth running of clinics and enabling them to focus on patient care. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to GPs and healthcare professionals
* Assist with clinical tasks such as extracting information from letters and completing paperwork
* Liaise with outside agencies and healthcare professionals as needed
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to the effectiveness of the team

**Requirements:**
* Experience working in a primary care setting or similar environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment
* Familiarity with Health and Safety procedures and fire precautions
