Night Senior Carer at Crooton

Our Night Senior Carer role is based in Wells, BA5 1WE, and involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Ensuring the different needs of our residents are met, enabling us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support

You will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, and vibrant.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

You will require specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and people who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
