Nights Care Manager Position at Crooton

We're looking for an experienced Night Senior Carer to join our team in Wells, BA5 1WE, offering up to £14.67 per hour, plus a sector-leading benefits package.

As a Nights Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a role model for our Care Assistants, promoting a positive and respectful work culture
  • Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews

You will always prioritise the dignity and well-being of our residents, fostering an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and caring.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with experience in healthcare.

You will require excellent leadership and communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and a passion for supporting your colleagues.
