Crooton is a leading provider of quality care services, and as a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering this care to our residents.
As a Nights Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care services during night shifts. This will involve working closely with our clinical team to provide exceptional support to our residents.
With an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, you will have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your role will also involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities and progress to more senior roles within our organisation.
We offer a competitive rate of pay up to £14.67 per hour plus our sector-leading benefits package including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and retail discounts.
