Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and development work.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, including property investors, developers, and business owners.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, dependent on PQE and interview performance. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive, client-focused approach.
