Care Assistant and Night Shift Lead

Care is at the heart of everything we do at Crooton. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents while working closely with our clinical team.
With an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, you will have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional support to our residents. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
You can expect to support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals who are committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
