They will be responsible for delivering routine duties in accordance with individual care plans, promoting independence, and checking on overall progress, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to individuals in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve person-centred goals
  • Carry out well-defined routine duties in accordance with individual care plans
Requirements
  • Care Certificate
  • 2 years experience in the Community or equivalent 2 years in a ward environment
  • Access to a car and full driving license
  • Venepuncture competent
  • Wound care competent
Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive fantastic pension contributions, market-leading annual leave allowance, and exclusive discounts as an NHS employee.
