Care Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team at Lifeways, providing high-quality care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our service located in Shepton Mallet.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for part-time work available.
- You will be responsible for managing ASD conditions and ensuring our Service Users lead valued and fulfilling lives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant is desirable but not essential.
- If you have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives and are willing to undergo excellent training and ongoing support, we encourage you to apply.
