About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Castell, part of the Sentric Safety Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

You will work closely with our Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Support: Provide expert technical support to our customers to help them get the most out of our products.
  • Internal Support: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure that we're delivering exceptional customer service and meeting our business objectives.
  • Workload Management: Prioritize your workload to maximize the impact of our products and services.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage our sales pipeline to ensure that we're identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Sales Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to win new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Quoting: Create accurate and competitive quotations to win new business.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure that we're delivering exceptional customer service and meeting our business objectives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Continuously improve our quoting process to deliver faster and more accurate results.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Time Management: Effectively plan and prioritize your activities to meet deadlines and deliver results.

The salary range for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
