Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in London, EC2. This role requires a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets using CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and other sources.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Schedule product demonstrations or discovery calls for senior sales representatives or account executives.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders focusing on their needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team and extended VSBS teams such as Pre-sales, Marketing, Product, Services, and Legal.
  • Provide feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Support the Sales team across all aspects of the Sales process including opportunity management, proposal preparation, research, task management, stakeholder liaison.
  • Update and manage lead information in the CRM system (Salesforce), prepare sales reports, and track key metrics.
  • Embrace learning and development and be open to coaching and feedback.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in customer service, retail, or an internship in sales is a plus but not required. Familiarity with CRM tools, social media, and sales automation platforms is also a plus. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
