Inside Sales Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our Motorsport Events team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Execute the inbound sales plan to ensure all agreed target metrics are met.
- Campaign Development: Assist in the development and implementation of internal sales SOPs and tactics to ensure consistency of performance and high customer satisfaction.
- Product Capture: Ensure accurate capture of product bookings in associated systems.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting on sales metrics and offer sales insights for new product development.
Skills and Attributes:
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage the Inside Sales team.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate products and offerings.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude to resolve issues and meet sales targets.
