Are you a results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our Revenue organisation in London, responsible for leading a high-performing inside sales team and driving revenue growth.

About the Requirements

This is a leadership opportunity that requires a strong leader who can build, manage, and develop a talented sales team across the European region. You'll be responsible for implementing effective remote selling strategies, managing sales representatives, and establishing processes that drive consistent revenue growth through virtual channels.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of total professional experience with 4+ years of managing inside sales teams in SaaS or technology companies, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and experience with the BANT qualification process (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). Additionally, they should have expertise in virtual selling tools, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms.

The estimated salary for this position is £100,000 - £160,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes discretionary variable pay, stock options, 24 days annual leave, and private medical insurance provided by AXA.
