Customer Service Role Overview

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Assist the sales team in generating quotations, processing orders, and managing customer interactions.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, utilizing our CRM system to optimize administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles or sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £22,000 per annum, plus OTE bonus up to £10,000.
