Key Responsibilities
- Create new supplier and customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Process purchase invoices, credit notes, and sales invoices in the accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding unmatched invoices and provide analysis on overdue creditors and debtors.
- Deal with telephone and email queries from suppliers and customers.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken, and be able to work well in a team. They will also have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A demonstrable ability to learn new systems and processes is essential, as is the ability to use initiative and apply problem-solving skills where appropriate.
