Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers and sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, responding to queries, and building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work under pressure. They will also be highly organized, motivated, and enthusiastic about providing top-notch support.
In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate information and support.
- Maintain accurate records and update our administrative online system (CRM) accordingly.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £22,000 per annum, plus an OTE bonus between 5k-10k per annum. You will also receive high-quality training, WPA Cash Plan, 30 days annual leave, pension, and regular company social events.
