Talent Connections (Recruitment) Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their team in Banbury. This role involves providing 1st/2nd line support for end users, ensuring business continuity through regular hardware maintenance, and performing system updates.
Salary Package
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, with benefits including 23 days holiday + bank holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity leave pay, and a health care cash plan.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide technical support for all hardware and software related issues on site
- To perform regular maintenance of hardware and peripherals to ensure business continuity
- To ensure all system updates are performed on all end user equipment
- To provide new starter inductions when required
- To cover multiple sites requiring travel and overnight accommodation within the UK and mainland Europe
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A relevant IT qualification
- Previous experience working within an IT support role
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
