We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to manage our dynamic team in Staines, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure targets are met while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
The salary for this role is estimated at £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Motivate the Team: Ensure the team meets performance targets and goals by leading, motivating, and supporting them effectively.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Regularly monitor team performance and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure they are met.
- Conduct Meetings and Feedback: Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback, address issues, and maintain open communication.
- Delegate Tasks and Responsibilities: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
- Conflict Resolution and Culture: Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
