We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Director to lead our office operations, ensuring seamless communication and services run efficiently. With over 5 years of diverse experience in executive-level administration and office management, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead office operations, including managing all office operations, IT & office equipment management, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage office supplies, coordinate promotional events, and create printed promotional literature.
  • Handle complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for global executives.
  • Manage social media platforms for Europe, driving brand visibility and engagement through targeted campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of diverse experience in executive-level administration and office management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed inventory management and vendor relationship building.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
