Job Title: Onsite Administrative Assistant
Location: Dorchester on Thames - OX10
Work Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week)
Reporting to: Director
Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive or travel to location.
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Onsite Administrative Assistant to work closely with our director. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our business, focusing on managing international relationships and crafting detailed proposals for our varied private and corporate client base.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Diary and Schedule Management: Manage diary entries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Director, ensuring an organized and efficient schedule.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and other communications professionally, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
- Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming environment and timely assistance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee business inventory and equipment, ensuring resources are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Conduct data entry tasks and assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- General Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks including diary management and filing of documents.
- International Relationship Management: Manage and maintain relationships with international clients, suppliers and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed and customised proposals for both private and corporate clients, meeting their specific needs and requirements.
**Experience and Skills Required**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other business productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Knowledge of general business procedures and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in managing international relationships and developing detailed proposals.
**Job Type**: Freelance
**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
- Dorchester on Thames (required)
Ability to Relocate:
