In this varied role you will join a team that spans across Weymouth Community Hospital and Dorset County Hospital

In this role you will

To excel you will have
- Recent experience in an office environment in a clerical/admin capacity
- Customer service experience
- Good communication skills with an empathetic approach

37.5 hours per week, full time.

You will have the opportunity to work across three sites,
- Dorset County Hospital
- Weymouth Community Hospital
- Charlton Down Therapy Unit

**Your role will include**:

- Providing an administrative and clerical service to facilitate the smooth running of the Outpatient Therapy Service.
- Liaison with the therapy reception team, and other therapy teams in the management of clinics.
- Assisting the therapists in certain delegated clinical therapy duties and in delivery of groups.
- Providing a front-line reception service, and to take the Rehabilitation departments telephone calls.
- Ensuring that clinical areas maintained in a clean and tidy condition, amend to be responsible for ordering stock and non-stock supplies.
- Undertake duties to assist the Therapy Administration Team Leader as required.
