Autonomous Therapy Assistant Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced therapy assistant practitioner to join our integrated inpatient teams at Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a band 4 role, which involves working autonomously for a defined group of patients, developing and working through routine therapy treatment plans.
You will work alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and apprentices, and will be responsible for carrying your own non-complex case load.
Main Responsibilities:- To assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- To implement treatment plans under the guidance of senior staff
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of the therapy department

Person Specification:- BTEC/HND/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant subject
- CSP associate member
£25,999 - £34,999 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
