Global Sales Leadership Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success with a reputable and expanding aviation company.
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our sales team, focusing on product management, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all regions.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, experience in selling large contracts to businesses, and the ability to develop client-focused solutions. They will also have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and hitting annual sales targets within all regions
- Accurately forecasting future sales pipelines
- Developing and executing plans to achieve sales targets in all regions
- Building sales plans, reports, and managing regional and centralised budgets
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Leading tender responses and overseeing the full sales process
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and leading customers
- Presenting sales strategy and updates at monthly board meetings
About You:
- Proven sales experience with a history of meeting targets
- Experience in selling large contracts to businesses from RFP to final negotiations
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing differentiated solutions
- Proven track record of success and leadership
- Ability to communicate and present at all levels, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
