Director - Global Partner Sales

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our partner sales teams across the globe. As a Director of Global Partner Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our team and take on a leadership role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

We estimate that the salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a competitive bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and identify new opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and selling to small and large organizations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
