Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our European Sales team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales and sitting on our leadership team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth in Europe by successfully managing a sales team of 10.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the investment management industry, with a strong background in sales strategy development, team leadership, and marketing partnerships. They will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive sales strategies for the European business, working closely with Investment Directors to maximize sales opportunities and drive growth.


In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners. A second European language (German or Italian) would be a valuable asset in this role.

Benefits


Mason Blake offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
