Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and maintain customer success in the European market for our Real Money Games portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the European market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enable the conversion of sales initiatives and leads to actual signed agreements.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the gaming sector.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Support the sales team to negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional professional services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, delivery, and tech operations, to ensure cohesive efforts and optimal outcomes.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor revenues/GGR performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and CS experience in the casino or online gaming industry, with a focus on real money games, and at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Estimated Salary:

€120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
