We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Regional Sales & CS to lead and grow our sales efforts and maintain CS in the European market for our Real Money Games portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, strong sales skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies across the region.

Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the European market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the new sales team to enable the conversion of sales initiatives and leads to actual signed agreements.

Customer Relationship Management [CS]:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the gaming sector.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Help and support the new sales team to negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional professional services team, account management, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, delivery, and tech operations, to ensure cohesive efforts and optimal outcomes.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor revenues/GGR performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and CS experience in the casino or online gaming industry, with a focus on real money games, and at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the European gaming market and regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenues targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
