Sales Director Opportunity

The European Sales Director will be responsible for driving growth and enhancing the performance of the sales team. This role involves managing and redirecting a team of sales professionals, establishing effective sales behaviours, and focusing on expanding our presence in the defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Revitalise and grow sales, particularly in the defence sector
Manage and redirect the sales team to improve performance and establish effective behaviours
Navigate and manage sales with long sales cycles

Requirements:
Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams
Expertise in selling with long sales cycles
MBA or equivalent business degree desirable, although time served is equally attractive
Willingness to travel - short haul 2 to 3 days every two weeks on average
Salary and package negotiable depending on experience - commensurate with the role
