Job Description

We are seeking a skilled German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Advancing People. As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers primarily based in the German speaking region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from German speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide support to customers via phone, live-chat, and email, ensuring their queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Work closely with customers and destination partners to resolve complaints and issues that arise during holidays and after customers have returned.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances of the German speaking region.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during incidents and emergencies.

Salary: £36,000 per annum, offering a competitive annual salary, plus attractive company benefits. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
