About the Position:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer communications strategies that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create fresh, on-brand communications for customers.
  • Ensure smooth and market-relevant translations for our German-speaking customers.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, marketing, customer comms, or content creation.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems like Sitecore and email template building is a plus.
