About the Role:

  • Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked with product
  • Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide remarkable service
  • Develop expert product knowledge to sell and recommend M&S products and services

Salary Estimate:

We estimate that this role will attract a salary in the range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
