Job Title: Part-Time Sales Executive
Salary Range: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
We are seeking a talented Part-Time Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth and expansion for our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the annual sales target for our Open Cohort apprenticeship programmes. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to maintain and expand relationships with Key Accounts and Customers, and manage the end-to-end sales process for Open Cohorts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and new businesses
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive apprenticeship/Levy spend
- Deliver high-quality learner engagement presentations to build interest and commitment to programmes
- Manage the application process and suitability of potential apprentices on to the right program and level of development
- Negotiate contracts, creation, management, and administration
- Collaborate with Operational, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure key information is managed and communicated
- Manage CRM/LMS/Sharepoint/Trello systems and Administration
- Manage pipeline of learners, ensuring early and proactive action to build demand
- Develop and manage future growth of Open Cohort strategy, in conjunction with Sales & Marketing Director
- Support the Marketing Manager with initiatives such as webinars, events, and lead/enquiry management
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships quickly, and communicate detailed information in a concise and friendly manner
- Able to identify opportunities within relevant markets
- Organisational and administrative diligence, this role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – whilst adhering to strict Quality and Compliance requirements
- Collaboration, this role will require extensive teamworking through clear deadlines
- Experience of working within a B2B sales role
- Ability to prioritise and a good sense of initiative
- Full up-to-date UK driving licence
