Customer Service Representative

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer calls, emails, and online chats in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
