Job Description

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and online chats in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
