Job Overview
Talented individuals are sought after to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor at TotalEnergies. This position is ideal for those who excel in delivering exceptional customer support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support through liaison with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Answer direct calls within a prescribed timeframe, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Offer customers tailored advice on threshold levels by analyzing signalman sites.
  • Share price information with existing and prospective customers upon request.
  • Process applications and accounts for customers efficiently.
  • Liaise daily with Sales Managers and Area Business Managers to optimize customer service.
  • Deliver the customer service component of the channel strategy as outlined in KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM (Salsa).
  • Securing orders from existing customers to meet targets.
  • Manage aged debt effectively using Business Planning reports.
  • Provide insights into KPI performance, including sales targets, quotations, order placement, and DSO.
  • Log and gather information on customer complaints, assisting in investigations to resolve issues.
  • Raise credit/debit notes as directed.

Candidate Requirements
This role demands a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office-based customer service setting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems is also required. Good attention to detail and effective communication skills are necessary for success.

Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and qualifications.
