Overview
Lidl in Deutschland is seeking a skilled Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working efficiently to maintain a clean and organized store, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Efficiently manage stock deliveries, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Keeper of the bakery, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh goods
- Expertly merchandise and maintain our Non-Food products, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a high level of service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early starts and late finishes
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Drive and passion to contribute to the success of our store
