Tenant Liaison Specialist

Centre Point Recruitment is partnering with a reputable residential estate agency to recruit a Lettings Coordinator & Property Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in the agency's continued growth and success.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinating the administrative functions of the Lettings department.
- Managing a small portfolio of residential properties.
- Developing strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Undertaking tenant referencing and preparing tenancy documentation.
- Arranging check-in and check-out appointments.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within lettings administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong levels of communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred, not essential).
