Job Summary

Centre Point Recruitment is partnering with a reputable residential estate agency to recruit a Lettings Coordinator & Property Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in the agency's continued growth and success.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinating the administrative functions of the Lettings department.
  • Managing a small portfolio of residential properties.
  • Developing strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Undertaking tenant referencing and preparing tenancy documentation.
  • Arranging check-in and check-out appointments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within lettings administration.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong levels of communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred, not essential).
