Job Description

This Peripatetic Nurse Specialist role at Barchester offers the unique opportunity to work across various locations, providing high-quality care to residents. As a specialist nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses, developing care plans, and mentoring team members. Your expertise will be valued, and you will have the autonomy to make decisions that impact resident care.

To succeed as a Peripatetic Nurse Specialist, you should be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualifications. Strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of regulatory frameworks are essential. A successful track record of creating care plans and risk assessments is also necessary.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
