About the Role

This Learning Disability Specialist Nurse position requires a highly motivated and dedicated individual who can work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs.

The post holder will be responsible for assessing and advising clients, carers, and professionals, as well as delivering training and contributing to the development of the team.

As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment, with access to regular supervision and opportunities for continuing professional development.

We are seeking an experienced and confident nurse who can communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.

  • Salary: £43,141 - £56,974 per annum
