The successful candidate will work closely with individuals who require specialist interventions using PBS Approaches, trauma-informed care, and a recovery-based approach.
About the Team:
Our teams work in partnership with patients, communities, and partners to help people feel safe, understood, believed in, and cared for.
Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality support services and ensure that individuals are at the center of their care
- To work closely with individuals who require specialist interventions using PBS Approaches, trauma-informed care, and a recovery-based approach
- To travel independently to various locations and provide support in accordance with individual needs
Requirements:
- A Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care and Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 or equivalent
- Previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, committed to continual quality and service improvement
Salary: £24,071 - £29,114 per annum (pro rata)
