MEDACS HEALTHCARE IS SEEKING A REGISTERED NURSE TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN YORK AS A CLINICAL ASSESOR. This exciting opportunity combines clinical expertise with assessment and reporting, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively, and possess excellent organisational abilities.
  • As a Disability Assessor, you will assess, discuss, and report on how conditions impact daily living through face-to-face and telephone assessments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  1. Current, unrestricted NMC registration is essential for this role.
  2. A Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) qualification is required.
  3. Applications also welcome from HCPC Registered Paramedics, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists.
  4. Minimum 1-year post-registration UK experience (NHS or private healthcare) is necessary.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

The estimated salary range for this position is between £37,500 and £43,450 per annum, depending on experience. The role also offers regular increases, generous annual leave, flexible working options, and access to various employee benefits.
