We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Team Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Peripatetic Nursing Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of nurses across multiple locations, delivering high-quality care to our residents and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes NMC registration paid annually, free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and more.

  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Travel across regions to support and develop nursing teams
  • Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
