Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Healthcare Professional, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a Peripatetic Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:
• Assessing and evaluating the care needs of our residents, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
• Providing expert clinical guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the diverse needs of our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
• A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
• A teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality care plans and detailed risk assessments.
