Clinical Lead Nurse

This role involves providing high-quality clinical care and leading a multi-disciplinary team across multiple care home locations within a region. The nurse will be responsible for ensuring residents receive the best possible care, settling in new residents, mentoring and developing team members, and creating tailored care plans that meet the physical and mental needs of the residents.

Job ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with strong clinical knowledge and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You'll lead a team to provide the highest quality care, create tailored care plans, and ensure new residents settle in seamlessly.
Requirements- NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
- Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Good understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
