Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Baltic Recruitment Limited. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
    • Update learner attendance records and process certificates accurately and timely.
  • Enrolment and Qualification Support:
    • Support with busy enrolments, including accurate completion of enrolment and qualification/funding paperwork.
    • Prepare paperwork for submission to meet KPIs, including enrolments, certificates, and college queries.
  • General Office Duties:
    • Perform general office duties, including reception duties, telephone queries, and scanning.
    • Take part in CPD and industrial updating as requested and meet contractual requirements.
    • Invigilate exams and support learners and tutors on training courses.
  • Compliance and Quality:
    • Ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements, ensuring that the data of all learners and employers is protected in accordance with the regulations.
    • Comply with all the company's policies, including Health and Safety, Equality & Diversity, Quality, and Safeguarding.
  • Other Duties:
    • Perform any other duties as may be requested by your line manager.

Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Can demonstrate independence.
    • Can demonstrate the ability to show attention to detail.
    • Be a team player.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions.
    • Ability to follow administration procedures accurately.
    • Willingness to undertake further learning and development.
    • Hold a Level 1 in English & Mathematics.
    • Hold a Full UK Driving License and have use of own vehicle.
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
    • Experience of dealing with members of the public.
    • Level 2 in English
    • Level 2 in Mathematics

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, and you will be working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. All successful candidates will be asked to submit an enhanced DBS check.
