A&P Group is committed to nurturing careers and developing the future of our workforce. We are seeking an HR Apprentice to work at A&P Tyne in Hebburn and provide efficient, effective, and timely administration of all things HR related.
Key Responsibilities- Learn about recruitment, new hire onboarding, performance reviews, handling sensitive information, and GDPR.
- Develop skills in employee relations, training and development, absence management, and occupational health.
- Assist in the administration of HR-related tasks and projects.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at GCSE Grade C/4 or above.
- Professional and polite approach with empathy and diplomacy.
- Ability to work tactfully and confidentially handling sensitive information.
- Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Future prospects with a permanent position offered upon completion of the apprenticeship.
