About the Job:

Project Partners is seeking a skilled Customer Service and Administration Coordinator to manage the enrolment process for pilot training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the tracking and monitoring of new candidates, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing tailored support and guidance throughout the process.
  • To work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of or experience on Hubstop CRM platform/systems.
  • You will be a self-motivated individual, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
